Now that refs NEVER give indirect free kicks for obstruction you never see the whole team lined up on the goal line and the keeper charging out.
Used to love being in goal for one of them.

Dicksey weren't too bad. Remember a decent free kick, v Forest circa 94. Also at Sheff Wed 90/91 but that may have been rolled to him to strike

This worked because the attacking team are shocked by it though, I reckon if it became popular then all you would see is attackers pushing further up right on to the line as well.

We used to defend free kicks like this when i was in goal. Very effective
